Joel; Husband <br />and Wife, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County Nebraska, on June <br />27, 2001, recorded as Instrument No. 0200106199 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as'frustce, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />LO'f 1 OF MORNINGSIDF.
