b <br />WHEREAS, Grantor is willing to grant Grantees a permanent easement for ingress and <br />egress to Grantees' property. Said easement shall allow Grantees access to their property from <br />the public road. Grantor agrees to maintain said driveway during its existence. <br />THEREFORE, IT IS AGREED AS FOLLOWS: <br />In consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable <br />consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, Grantor does hereby grant to the <br />Grantees, their successors and assigns, a perpetual nonexclusive easement for ingress and <br />egress only, over and upon the real estate described below.
