SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT <br />03N .r)0388 cy <br />WHEREAS, Hume Federal Savings And Loan Association Of Grand Island the undersigned, hereinafter referred to as <br />First Party, is the owner of the mortgage dated Novenber 18, 2002 and recorded on the December 2, 2002, as document No. <br />200213260 in Vol. N/A at page N/A , in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, State of Nebraska, securing a debt in <br />the original amount of $2,868.50, and covering the following described real estate situated in Hall County, Some of Nebraska, <br />to -wit: <br />LOT 7, BLOCK 3, IN LE HEIGHTS SECOND SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA, ACCORDING TO THE RECORDED PLAT THEREOF <br />k000,00 <br />WHEREAS, James E. and Came L.
