M n 9 <br />Lincoln Federal Savings Bank of Nebraska <br />A" <br />Beneficiary <br />C ') <br />M <br />'Wtime� Lyman, As7retary <br />�1- 1906 <br />TRUSTEE RECONVEYANCE DEED <br />200302104 <br />LINCOLN FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF NEBRASKA, TRUSTEE, herein called the grantor, in <br />consideration of full payment of obligation, does quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm unto <br />Concord Development, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company harem called the grantee whether one <br />or more, the following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot 1, Block 1, Crane Valley Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />This is a reconveyance of all right, title and interest said Trustee has in the above described real estate <br />and property by reason of a Deed of Trust executed on the 14th day of June, 1999, and recorded as <br />Instrument Number 99-106058 or Page n/a in Book n1a. Said reconveyance is made in conformance with <br />Neb. Rev.
