TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECON VEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GERARD A RUTZ AND JEANNE E RUIZ, HUSBAND AND WIFE

<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated MAY 28, 1998 and recorded MAY 29. 1998 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALh COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document ii 98- 105137
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THF,RF,FORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT FOUR (4) COLONIAL ESTATES FIFTH SUBDIVISION TO THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
