<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Curie R Mincer and David L
<br />Mincer, Wife and Husband, to UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated July 3, 2002 and recorded July 8, 2002 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200207138 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary
<br />has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the i.latest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Lot Sixty One (61), Argo Fourth Subdivision, Village of Adds, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />'TOGETHER WITH ALL buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
