<br />The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Craig A. Harrenstein and Karen
<br />J. Harrenstein, husband and wife, whose mailing address is 302 Circle Drive, Doniphan, NE 68832,
<br />as Trustors, to Charles W. Hastings, Attorney at Law, Y.O. Box 1044, Hastings, Nebraska 68902-
<br />1044, as Trustee, for the benefit of City National Bank and Trust Company, Hastings, Nebraska, a
<br />National Banking Corporation, P.O. Box 349, Hastings, Nebraska 68902 -0349, as Beneficiary,
<br />recorded in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, on February 22, 1995, as
<br />InstrumentNo. 95- 100998, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed
<br />of Reconveyancc be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement above.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the
<br />Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto all the right, title, interest and claim
<br />acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed of Trust in the following:
