TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE <br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS <br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by <br />LARRY SPERLING AND DAISY SPERLING, HUSBAND AND WIFE <br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of ROME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND <br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, <br />dated MAY 12. 1998 and recorded MAY 19. 1998 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY <br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 98- 104753 <br />has been paid, Bad said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, <br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to <br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such <br />premises: <br />LOT FOURTEEN (14) IN BLOCK ONE (1) IN DICKEY THIRD SUBDIVISION A <br />RESUBDIVISION OF ALL OF BLOCKS TWO (2) AND THREE (3) IN DICKEY SUBDIVISION <br />AND ALL OF BLOCKS ONE (1) AND TWO (2) DICKEY SECOND SUBDIVISION OF THE <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises. <br />Dated this 11th day of February 2003 <br />rustee: Arend R.
