DESEL, Husband and Wife, each in his <br />and her own right and as spouse of the other, Grantors, in consideration of LOVE AND <br />AFFECTION, convey to GORDON R. DESEL and DEIRDRE R. DESEL, Husband and <br />Wife, Grantees, as joint tenants and not as tenants in common, the following described real <br />estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Star. § 76 -201): <br />The North Eighty One and Two Tenths (81.2) feet <br />of Lot One (1) and the North Eighty One and <br />Two Tenths (81.2) feet of the East One Half (EV =) <br />of Lot Two (2) in Block Two (2) in Dodd and <br />Marshall's Addition to Wood River, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Grantors covenant (jointly and severally, if more than one) with the Grantees that <br />Grantors: <br />1. Are lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances <br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of record; <br />2. Has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3.
