<br />WHEREAS, by Tmst Deed dated 8 -13 -2002 and recorded in the Real Estate Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska as Document # 200208800 Mark D. Stelk and Wanda Lee Stelk
<br />husband and wife, did convey certain real estate therein described in trust unto Arend R. Haack, Attorney
<br />at Law, as Trustee for the benefit of GRAND ISLAND INVESTMENT CO. ,therein referred to as
<br />Beneficiary;
<br />WHEREAS, the obligations secured by said Trust Deed have been satisfied and said Trustee has
<br />received written request by such Beneficiary to re- convey the trust property from the Beneficiary;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, Arend R. Haack, Attorney at Law, in his capacity as Trustee under the above -
<br />described Trust Deed, herein called the Grantor, in consideration of the satisfaction of the indebtedness
<br />evidenced by such Trust Deed received from Grantees, does hereby release and re- confirm unto the
<br />person or persons entitled thereto, herein called the Grantees, the following described real property in
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Four (4), in Block Three (3), in Hann's Second Addition to
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />to have and to hold the above- described premises, together with all tenements, hereditanncnts and
<br />appurtenances thereto belonging, unto the Grantees and to the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
