Grantor states, warrants and represents that Grantor's dwelling house and other buildings subject to a homestead are presently located upon <br />the following described real estate (the property): <br />Approximately 145.22 acres consisitinQ of part of the Southeast quarter of the Northeast Quarter (SE1 /4 <br />NE1 /4) and part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (NE1 /4 SE1 /4) and part of the West Half <br />of the Southeast Quarter (W1 /2 SE1 /4) and the East 13 1/2 acres of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast <br />Quarter (SE1 /4 SE1 /4), all in section Thirty -two (32), Township Eleven (11) North , Range Nine (9) West <br />of the 6th. P.M., Hall county, Nebraska. Except Land in Deed Number 200010803 <br />2. Grantor acknowledges that Grantor has a right to make a designation of homestead in the Deed of Trust for the purpose of affording the <br />opponun ity to retain Grantor's homestead in the event of a default and trustee's sale under the Deed of Trust. <br />3. Grantor acknowledges that the execution of th is Waiver constitutes the complete waiver of rights otherwise available for the purpose of <br />affording the opportunity to retain a homestead in the event of a default and any trustee's sale under the Deed of Trust. <br />4. Grantor states that this acknowledgment and waiver is Grantor's knowing and voluntary act and deed, and Grantor does hereby willingly and <br />voluntarily waive, relinquish and rem as any and all right o make a designation of homestead in the Deed of Trust. <br />5.
