<br />Know All Men by These Presents
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Christopher B and
<br />Kathryn L Adams, as original Trustee, for Principal Bank, as Trustee for the benefit of PRINCIPAL
<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, recorded May 9,2002, in the mortgage records in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds Hall County, Nebraska, in Book - -, Page - - -, or as Instrument No.200205007,
<br />has been paid, and has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below;
<br />As such duly appointed and substitued Trustee, Kathy H. Layton, hereby accepts said appointment as
<br />Trustee under the above Deed of Trust, and as successor Trustee, and pursuant to the request of
<br />said owner and holder and in accordance with the provisions of said Deed of Trust, does hereby
<br />RECONVEY WITHOUT WARRANTY, TO THE PERSON OR PERSONS LEGALLY ENTITLED THERETO, ALL the estate,
<br />title, and interest now held by said trustees under said Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the owner and holder of above named, and Dennis P. fT.a.].in, as successor
<br />Trustee, has caused this instrument to be executed, each in its respective interest.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the

<br />and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described premises:
