<br />On or about Fcbmary 27, 1998, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial
<br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation, The Assignment was recorded April 30,
<br />1998, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 98- 104017.
<br />You arc further notified that there has occurred a breach of on obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as sccurity, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You arc further noti0cd that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with inmrat thcmoq al once title and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
