<br />Register of Deeds Office as Document No. 92- 104280. The Property was
<br />described as follows: Fractional Lot Ten (10) in Fractional Block Two (2) in
<br />Woodbine Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska and its
<br />complement, to -wit: Fractional Lot Ten (10), in Fractional Block Twenty Four
<br />(24), in Baker's Addition to the city of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />excepting the Westerly Two feet thereof.
<br />2. On June 15, 1993 Dean M. Daigger and Brenda S. Daigger, husband and wife
<br />conveyed Title to George B. Mohr and Cynthia A. Mohr, husband and wife by
<br />Joint Tenancy Warranty Deed filed June 18, 1993 in the Register of Deeds Office
<br />as Document No. 93- 105132. On July 1, 1997 George B. Mohr and Cynthia A.
<br />Mohr, husband and wife conveyed Title to Susan T. Howard, a single person by
<br />Warranty Deed filed July 1, 1997 in the Register of Deeds Office as Document
<br />No. 97- 105214. On January 22, 2003 Susan T. Howard and Jeff Thies, wife and
<br />husband conveyed Title to David Freemole and Carole Freemole, husband and
<br />wife by Survivorship Warranty Deed filed February 3, 2003 in the Register of
<br />Deeds Office as Document No. 200301328. There was an error in typing the
<br />legal descriptions of all three Deeds stating the exception as the Easterly Two (2)
<br />feet thereof when infact the legals should of read as follows: Fractional Lot Ten
<br />(10), in Fractional Block Two (2) in Woodbine Addition to the city of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska excepting the Westerly Two (2) feet thereof and its
