DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Clark A. Gauthier, not personally
<br />but as Trustee on behalf of Clark A Gauthier Living Revocable Trust dated March 1, 2000; and Stephanie R. Gauthier, not
<br />personally but as Trustee on behalf of Stephanie R Gauthier Living Revocable Trust dated March 1, 2000; to UNITED
<br />NEBRASKA BANK, Trustee for the benefit of UNITED NEBRASKA BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />November 29, 2000 and recorded November 30, 2000 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Documents #0200010390 in the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />(lot( the Deed of Reeonveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
<br />thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />Fractional Lot One (1), in Fractional Block Eight (8), in Wiebe's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County
<br />Nebraska excepting a certain tract more particularly described in Return of Appraisers Filed June 14, 1971 in Book 21,
<br />page 625.
