WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among ROBERT A

<br />as'1'rustee and The Equitable Building & Loan Association, FSR as Beneficiary, dated March 22, o
<br />2001, and recorded on March 27, 2001, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, C�

<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
