<br />WI IEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of 'I rust made among BARBARA
<br />ANN LEWIS ALSO KNOWN AS BARBARA A LEWIS, a single person,'1'rustor, and
<br />Central National Bank as 'Trustee and Five Points Bank as Beneficiary, dated January 7, 2002,
<br />and recorded on January 14, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument Number 200200469 has been paid; and C.
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank, as Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to
<br />the person or persons entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bulk, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee,
