i�= <br />_: x <br />ED <br />z <br />Space above line for recording wrvnaea. <br />0 <br />30031682650001 <br />SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT J <br />NOTICE: This subordination agreement results in your security interest in the property boeoming subject to and of lower priority <br />than the lien or some other or later security instrument <br />This Agreement is made this 4th day of February 2003, by and between Wells Fargo Bank <br />Nebraska, N.A. a national bank with its headquarters located at 1919 Douglas Street, Omaha, <br />NE (herein called "Lien Holder "), and Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, Inc., with its main office <br />located in the State of Iowa (herein called the "Lender "). <br />RECITALS <br />Lien Holder is the beneficiary/mortgagee under a deed of trust/mortgage, dated June 19, <br />1996 executed by Tamra L. Campbell and James B. Campbell (the "Debtor ") which was <br />recorded in the county of Hall, State of Nebraska, as Document No. 96- 105319; <br />Subordination Agreement recorded October 29, 1998 as Document No. 98- 110616; <br />Amendment to Deed of Trust increasing the secured sum to $32,100.00 dated September <br />10, 1999 as Document No. 99- 109955 on October 12, 1999 (the "Subordinated Instrument') <br />covering real property located in Grand Island in the above -named county of Hall, State of <br />Nebraska, as more particularly described in the Subordinated Instrument (the "Property"). <br />LOT 5, COLONIAL ESTATES .SUBDIVISION, CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, <br />NEBRASKA <br />Lender will make a loan to the Debtor secured by a deed of trust/mortgage on the Property <br />which will be recorded (the "Lender Instrument'). The Lender Instrument will secure a <br />promissory note /line of credit agreement in the amount of <br />$144,000.00. <br />Lien Holder has agreed to execute and deliver this Subordination Agreement. <br />9/27/01 <br />
