Preisendorf aka Harry Charles Preisendorf and Joann Wieland aka Joan <br />Preisendorf Wieland, Successor Co- Trustees under the Will and Codicil of Harry Conrad <br />Preisendorf, Deceased, pursuant to power therein GRANTOR, whether one or more, in <br />consideration of distribution from decedent's trust, conveys to GRANTEES, Harry C. <br />Preisendorf, Trustee of the Harry Charles Preisendorf Trust and Joann Wieland, Trustee of <br />the Joan Preisendorf Wieland Trust, each an undivided one -half interest as tenants in <br />common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
