KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GUNA MAGNUSON, A SINGLE PERSON C
<br />to AREND R HAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated DECEMBER 17, 2001 and recorded DECEMBER 18, 2001 in the Office of the HALL
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document #
<br />0200113064 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
