THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of 'I rust executed by Harry C Stalker and Patricia P

<br />BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated October 31, 1996 and May 16, 1997 and recorded November 4, 1996 and
<br />May 19, 1997 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #96- 108712 and #97- 103878 in
<br />the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid and Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance
<br />be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary shamed
<br />therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled
