<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS'.
<br />That Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, Trustee and Beneficiary, under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust executed by D.J. Eihusen and Kathy L. Eihusen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, of a Deed
<br />of Trust with a current principal balance of $20,000.00 and an original principal sum of $20,000.00
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County , Nebraska as Document No.
<br />2001 -03146 on April 12, 2001, do hereby agree to, and by this instrument do, subordinate their
<br />lien only to a certain Deed of Trust in an amount not to exceed $120,000.00 executed by D.J.
<br />Eihusen and Kathy L. Eihusen, Husband and Wife, as trustors to Central National Bank, as
<br />trustee and Five Points Bank, as beneficiary dated February 4, 2003 and filed
<br />" QO3 in the Office of the Register of Deeds as Document No
<br />all of which documents cover the following described Real Estate
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot One (1), Westwood Park Third Subdivision, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have caused this Subordination Agreement to be
<br />executed at Grand Island.Nebraska this 4th day of February. 2003.
