Box 2300, City of Grand Island, County of Hall, State of Nebraska as trustee, and recorded <br />on June 10. 1996 , in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, State of Nebraska, as <br />Document No. 96- 104520 , has been paid on February a. 2003 ; <br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by Equitable <br />Federal Savings Bank, famerly known as The Equitable Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal <br />savings Bank, the beneficiary named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and <br />reconveys to the parties entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to <br />the undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, located <br />in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows: <br />LOT FIVE (5) BLOCK ONE (1) COLONIAL ESTATES TENTH SUBDMSION TO THE CITY OF GRAND <br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described in the <br />trust deed. <br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial reconveyance at <br />Grand Island, Nebraska on February 4 , 2003 . <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF HALL ) <br />The foregoing instrument was acknowledged before me on February 4. 2003 , by <br />Earl D.
