<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Scott J. Rezac and Traci L
<br />as husband and wife
<br />to United Nebraska Bank
<br />Trustee for the bcncfit of United Nebraska Bank
<br />the Beneficiary named therein dated June 17, 2002
<br />and recorded Jane 26, 2002 in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds of _Hall County, NE , in
<br />Book at Page 0200206745 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested in writing that the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
