Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Fleet National Bank on October 13, 2000 and recorded on October 17, 2000 at Document No. 200008627 in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust was assigned to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. on October 22, 2001 and recorded on November 20, 2001 at Document No. 200111900. Notice is hereby given that a breach of an obligation for which the trust property was conveyed as security has occurred, the nature of such breach is the Truster's failure to (1) make debt payments as they became due, or (2) pay taxes.
