<br />PEINADO LOSE LUIS PADILLA, WIFE AND HUSBAND as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated AUGUST 22, 1997, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in
<br />Book Page _ or Instrument Number 97- 106989 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was
<br />assigned to NEBRASKA or
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage
