<br />A SINGLE PERSON as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for the benefit of NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated NOVEMBER 25TH. 1997, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page _ or
<br />Instrument Number 97- 110044 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
