<br />named therein, dated April 10, 1998, and recorded 04/15/98,
<br />in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska, Instrument No. 98- 103502/98- 109117,

<br />WHEREAS, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee, does hereby grant without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it,
<br />as Trustee, under the above described Deed of Trust in the
<br />following described property:
<br />LOT SEVEN (7), IN BLOCK FIVE (5), IN REPLAT OF RIVERSIDE ACRES, AN
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
