Whereas all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by GENE R
<br />SMITH II AND LINDA C SMITH, HUSBAND AND WIFE to Arend R Haack, Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated JANUARY 30 2002 and recorded
<br />MARCH 5 2002 in the office of the Register of Decds or Hall County, Nebraska, as \ \�
<br />Instrument 200202445 has been paid, mid said beneficiary has requested in writing that this
<br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as I rustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release mud reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
