11. Miscellaneous Provisions. 200301502 (a) Borrower Not Released. Extension of the time for payment or modilleation of organization of rile sums secured by Ibis Deed of Trust granted by Lender to any successor In Interest of Borrower shall not operate to release, In any mariner, the Tardily at the original Borrower and Borrower's successors In Interest.
