Dean Alan Wiseman, Personal Representative of the Estate of Frederic M. Wiseman,
<br />Deceased, pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Buffalo County, Nebraska,
<br />GRANTOR, conveys and releases to Rex Laverne Wiseman, GRANTEE, the following
<br />described real estate (as defined in Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201):
<br />Undivided One -sixth (1/6) interest in the North Half of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (N1/2 SE1 /4) of Section Two (2) Township Ten (10) North, Range
<br />Twelve (12) West of the 6' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska; and,
<br />Undivided One -sixth (1/6) interest in Northwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (NW1 /4SE1/4) of Section Thirty -two (32), Township Ten (10)
<br />North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />and Lots One (1) and Two (2) Mainland, and Lot One (1) Island, in
<br />Section Thirty -two (32), Township Ten (10) North, Range Eleven (11)West
<br />of the 6'" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />subject to easements and restrictions of record, including the existing Lease
<br />to Dean Alan Wiseman, which shall expire on February 28, 2008.
<br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to
<br />distribution of the real estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE
<br />that GRANTOR has legal power and lawful authority to convey and release the same.
