Hall County, Nebraska, and a tract of land comprising a part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter (NW 1/4 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty - Nine (29), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 8th P.M., Had County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a pant on the north L -e of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4, slid point being Eighty - Four and Thirty -Three Hundredths (84.33) feet east of the East Right -of-Way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence continuing easterly along and upon the north line of said NW 1/4 NE 1/4 a distance of Eighty -Five (85) feet; thence southerly and parallel to the east Right-of-Way line of the Union Pacific Railroad a distance of One Hundred Eighty.
