FRANCIS W. MCCULLA, the undersigned Affiant, being first duly
<br />sworn upon his oath, deposes and states as follows:
<br />1. That the undersigned Affiant is the son and only child of
<br />Eva Belle McCulla, Deceased, who died on January 14, 1992, as
<br />evidenced by the attached Death Certificate marked Exhibit "A" and c
<br />incorporated herein by reference.
<br />2. That at the time of her death, Eva Belle McCulla, was the
<br />owner in joint tenancy with her husband, Samuel W. McCulla, of the
<br />following described real estate:
<br />Lot Ten (10) , of Abrahamson,s Subdivision No. 3, located
<br />on and being a Subdivision of Block Twenty (20) , of
<br />Schimmer's Addition, to the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />3. That by virtue of the death of Eva Belle McCulla, all of
<br />her right, title and interest in and to said real estate passed to
<br />her spouse, Samuel W. McCulla, as surviving joint tenant.
<br />4. That by virtue of the Personal Representative's Deed dated
<br />July 27, 2001, from the Personal Representative of the Estate of
<br />Samuel W. McCulla, said Deed having been entered and recorded as
<br />Instrument No. 02 00107447, in the Office of the Hall County
<br />Register of Deeds, the undersigned Affiant and his spouse, Diane S.
<br />McCulla, claim to be the sole owners of the real estate described
<br />in this Affidavit.
