TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCF.
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: 2 0 0 3 013 6 J
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />GALEN E GERDES AND TAMERA M GERDES, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated JULY 16, 1999 and recorded JULY 19 1999 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document # 99- 107253
<br />AND an Assignment of Mortgage /Deed of Trust was assigned to FHLMC and was recorded July
<br />19, 1999 as Document # 99107254 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such
<br />premises:
<br />LOT THIRTY FOUR (34), LE HEIGHTS FOURTH SUBDIVISION, IN 'f HE CITY OF GRAND
