<br />That whereas, at the sale of delinquent real estate taxes, made in Hall County, Nebraska, on the In
<br />day of August 1999, the following described real estate situated in said county, to wit:
<br />A tract at land composing a part of the South half of the West Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (S % W '/, SW' /. SE' /,) of Section Eighteen (18) Township Twelve (12) North, Range Eleven (11) West of
<br />the 6" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the South line
<br />of said Southeast Quarter (SE 1/4) said point being one hundred sixty five and thirty six hundredths (16536) feet
<br />east of the Southwest comer of said Southeast Quarter (SE' /,) thence northerly a distance of two hundred seventy
<br />nine and twenty seven hundredths (279 27) feet to a point one hundred sixty five and five tenths (165 5) feet East of
<br />the West line of said Southeast Quarter (SE' /,) and three hundred seventy eight (378.0) feet south of the north line
<br />of said south half of the West Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S '/ W 'A SW '/. SE 'A)
<br />thence Easterly along a line three hundred seventy eight (378.0) feet South of and parallel to said North line of the
<br />South half of the West Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S % W '/. SE 'h W '/. ) a
<br />distance of no hundred sixty five and five tenths (165.5) feet to the East line of said South Half of the West
<br />Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter (S X W `/, SW '/e SE' /) thence Southerly along said
<br />East line of the S'S W '/n S W '/, SE' /,
<br />A distance of two seventy nine and fourteen hundredths (279.14) feet to the South line of said Southeast Quarter
<br />(SE' /.) thence Westerly along said South Zinc ofthe Southeast Quarter (SE' /.) a distance afraid hundred sixty five
<br />and thirty six hundredths (165.36) feet to the place of beginning and containing 1.060 acres more or less.
<br />"said real property being described on County Treasurer's Certificate of Tax Sale #99010 as follows, to wit:
<br />Mayfield Township W Pt S '/ W '/ SW '/ SE is Section 18 Township 12 Range 11; 1.06 acres, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska; Location [D #400190982
<br />Was sold for delinquent taxes for the years 1996 and 1997 and that the County Treasurer's
<br />Certificate of Tax Sale No. 99010 was subsequently assigned to Todd McCord on the 7' day of
<br />August 2001,
<br />AND, WHEREAS, The same not having been redeemed from such sale, and it appearing that the
<br />holder of the certificate of purchase of said real panic has complied with the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, necessary to entitle Todd McCord to a deed of said real estate:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, County Treasurer of Hall County, Nebraska, in consideration of the
<br />premises, and by virtue of the statutes of the State of Nebraska in such cases made and provided, do
<br />hereby GRANT AND CONVEY unto TODD MCCORD, his heirs and assigns, forever, the said real
<br />estate herein before described, subject, however, to any redemption provided by law.
