NOTICE OF DEFAULT 200301306 <br />TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Susan D. Jackson a/k/a Susan Jackson f /k/a Susan Walter and <br />Kenneth A. Jackson, Trustors, did on or about April 25, 2001, make, execute and deliver to Michael F. <br />Kivett, Attorney at Law, as Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following <br />described real property: <br />"Lot 16, Argo Third Subdivision, Alda, Hall County, Nebraska" <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD), <br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust, which Deed of Trust was recorded on April 30, 2001 in Instrument <br />No. 0200103759, Mortgage Records, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. <br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for <br />which the trust property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay the <br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due on August I, 2002 through January I, 2003, together <br />with interest accruing thereon. <br />You are further notified undersigned Trustee, at the request of the Beneficiary has elected to <br />declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with interest thereon at once due and payable and <br />has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said <br />obligation. <br />Dated this 30th day of January, 2003. <br />STATE OF NEBRASKA ) <br />) ss. <br />COUNTY OF DOUGLAS ) <br />Mic el F.
