WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2000 executed by Harlan D. Sorensen and <br />Shirley A.
