WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2000 executed by Harlan D. Sorensen and
<br />Shirley A. Sorensen, Husband and Wife, as Trustors, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is ],
<br />named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Instrument No. 0200002600 in
<br />the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska, on the 3rd day of April, 2000.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />A tract of land located in the Southeast Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (SE1 /4SW 1/4) of Section Four (4),
<br />Township Eleven North (T.11 N.)Range Nine West (R.9W.) of the 6” P, M., in Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the south line of said Section Four (4) which
<br />point is located One Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Seven (1,387.0) Feet east of the Southwest Corner of
<br />said Section Four (4), thence deflecting 90 °44' left and running northerly a distance of Four Hundred Seventy
<br />Three and Seven Tenths (473.7) feet to the south right of way line of the Chicago - Burlington and Quincy
<br />Railroads; thence deflecting right and running southeasterly along said south right of way line a distance of
<br />Three Hundred Fifty Nine and Eight Tenths (3593) feet, thence deflecting right and running southerly a
<br />distance of Three Hundred Seventy Eight and Thirty Seven Hundredths (378.37) feet to the south line of said
<br />Section Four (4)', thence deflecting right and running west along the said south line a distance of Three
<br />Hundred Thirty Seven and Five Tenths (337.5) feet to the point of beginning and containing 3.17 acres, more
<br />or less, of which 0.255 acres, more or less, are presently occupied by Public Highway along the south side of
<br />the tract.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated March 27, 2000, as Instrument No.
<br />0200002600 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and effect as to all
<br />real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
