Clark and Shawn M. Clark, Husband and Wife, were the Trus- <br />tors, which was filed for record in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, <br />on June 14, 1999, as Instrument No. 99- 106019 of the Hall County Register of Deeds Record <br />Books, which contains as trust property, the following - described real estate: <br />Lot Four (4), Block Twenty (20), in the original town of Alda, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, <br />together with all improvements now or hereafter erected on the property, and easements, <br />appurtenances, fixtures now or hereafter a part of the property, including all replacements and <br />additions thereto, which were referred to in such Deed of Trust as the "Property ", hereby gives <br />notice of default of said Trustors for the reason that the said Trustors, Rodney L. Clark and <br />Shawn M. Clark, Husband and Wife, have failed to make the payments of principal and interest <br />due in respect to the Deed of Trust. <br />By reason of such default, the undersigned Trustee hereby elects to sell or cause to be <br />sold the above real estate to satisfy the obligations of that certain Deed of Trust dated June 4, <br />1999 owing from Trustors to the Beneficiary, United Nebraska Bank, pursuant to the terms of <br />the Deed of Trust refired to above which secure, this obligation. <br />UNIITE /D, NEBRASKA BANK <br />d rani L.
