<br />You are hereby notified that Jason Pecor and Rebecca Pecur, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or about
<br />May 21, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Ticor Title Insurance Company, Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said
<br />Trustors conveyed the following - described real property-
<br />Thu West One -Half of Lot One (1) and the West One -Half of Lot Three (3), Block
<br />Twelve (12), College Addition to West Lawn, In the City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, A Wyoming Corporation,
<br />Beneficiary of said Deed of Trust which was recorded on May 25, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Inst- timent No. 99- 105368.
<br />On or about May 21, 1999, Major Mortgage, A Wyoming Corporation, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. The Assignment was iecwrded
<br />June 16, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No, 99- 106088.
<br />Ou or about June 12, 2002, Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc. The Assignment was
<br />recorded June 24, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No.
<br />0200206653,
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register ofDceds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Trustors for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the - Trustors have failed to pay the Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
