Whereas, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by DAVID W.
<br />MAYER, JR AND SUSAN MAYER, HUSBAND AND WIFE to TARQUARD
<br />CORPORATION, Trustee, for the benefit of FIRSTAR BANK, N.A., the beneficiary
<br />named therein, dated June 26, 2000 and recorded September 5, 2000 in the Register of Deeds
<br />Office of HALL County, Nebraska as Document No. 200007212 and Assigned to LIBERTY
<br />BANK, FSB dated June 8, 2001 and filed October 18, 2001 in the Register of Deeds Office as
<br />Document No. 200110619, and has been paid, and said beneficiary bas requested in writing that
<br />this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered-,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of `
<br />the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
