This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this , day January, 2003, by
<br />and between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to m "Lender ", and

<br />hereinafter referred to as `Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust/Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />LOT ONE (1) H.O. H.O. SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL
<br />COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />which Deed of TrustMortgage was dated October 10, 1996, and filed for record on November 4
<br />1996, by the Hall County Register of Deeds as Document No. 96- 108700:
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust/Mortgage had a stated maturity date of January 1, 2007,
<br />which was later extended until March 1, 2007 as evidenced by an extension agreement dated
<br />February 6, 1997 and filed as Document #97 -101 142 and then extended until October 1, 2008 as
<br />evidenced by an extension agreement dated October 21, 1998 and filed as Document #98- 110450 and
<br />then extended witil January 1, 2012 as evidenced by an extension agreement dated January 17, 2002
<br />and filed as Instrument No. 0200201036.
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness seemed by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, TI IEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DA'Z'E. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage
<br />is hereby AMENDED TO January 1, 2013.
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above- described
<br />Decd of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
