WIIEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />LAWRENCE R TAYLOR AND .JUDITH H TAYLOR, HUSBAND AND WIFE
<br />to AREND R BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND `^
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, O
<br />dated NOVEMBER 10 1993 and recorded NOVEMBER 17 1993 in the Office of the HALT,
<br />COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, as Document H
<br />93- 109937 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of
<br />Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
