<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated May 14, 2002, executed by B C M, Inc, A Nebraska n o,
<br />Corporation, as Truster, in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and p
<br />as Trustee, which Deed of Trust was recorded as Document #0200205354 in the Register of Deeds Office of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, on the 20th day of May, 2002.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to -wit:
<br />PARCEL 2: THE EASTERLY SEVENTY SEVEN (77), FEET OF LOTS TWO
<br />HUNDRED THIRTY -THREE (233) AND TWO HUNDRED THIRTY -FOUR (234) IN
<br />WEST LAWN, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated May 14, 2002, recorded as
<br />Document #0200205354 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
