<br />Nebraska, excepting a tract of land more particularly
<br />described in Deed recorded in Book 71, Page 234 with
<br />the Hall County Register of Deeds and further
<br />excepting a tract of land more particularly described
<br />in Return of Appraisers recorded as Document No. 81-
<br />000699 with the Hall County Register of Deeds;
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants and restrictions of
<br />record.
<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal power
<br />and lawful authority to convey the same.
