<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PROCEDURES: �j 16-0
<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by Larry's Steel
<br />and Welding, Inc., Trustor, to Heritage Bade, Trustee, for the benefit of IIeritage Bank, the
<br />Beneficiary named herein, dated 05/28/2002, and recorded 05/31/2002, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument 40200205835 has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has been requested in writing this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered
<br />as confirmed by its endorsement below:
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of
<br />the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Decd in the following described premises but only to such
<br />premises:
<br />Parcel #400 071940, Lot One (1), in Block Thirty -Nine (39) in Packer acrd Barr's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, IIall County, Nebraska, including that part of the vacated
<br />Clarence Street immediately adjacent to Lot One (1).

<br />Parcel #400 071 967, Lot Three (3), in Block Thirty -Nine (39) in Packer and Barr's Second
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TOGETHER WITH ALI, buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to
<br />such premises.
