WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust made among LONNIE B
<br />DIXON AND KATHRYN E DIXON, husband and wife, truster, and Farmers State Bank and
<br />Trust Company of Superior as Trustec and Equitable Building and Loan Association as
<br />Beneficiary, dated February 24, 1998, and recorded on February 25, 1998, in the office of the
<br />Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 98- 101576 has been paid;
<br />and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that all the property held by
<br />Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Bank and Trust Company of Superior, as
<br />Trustee, under said Deed of Trust be reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />entitled thereto.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the written
<br />request of the Beneficiary, Central National Bank successor to Farmers State Batik and Trust
<br />Company of Superior, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the estate and interest held by it, as Trustee, under the above described
<br />Deed of Trust in the following described property:
<br />THE EASTERLY SIXTY ONE (61) FEET OF THE WESTERLY SEVENTY SEVEN (77)
<br />FEET OF LOT NINE (9), BLOCK ONE (1), IN WESTERHOFF'S FIRST SUBDIVISION
