M., INC., a Corporation organized and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of Nebraska, for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby convey to RENE RODRIQUEZ, a single person, and REINA VARGAS, a single person, as joint tenants with right of survivorship and not as tenants in common, Grantees, the following described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska: The Easterly Seventy -Seven Feet (E77') of Lots 233 and 234, in West Lawn, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
