<br />�P THIS DEED is dated and executed this / %jt' day of January,
<br />2003, by Ronald S. Depue, Trustee, and is with reference to Deed of
<br />Trust wherein NAFCO NE Federal Credit Union is Beneficiary, and
<br />Susan A. Mayhew and Carl L. Mayhew, wife and husband, are Trustors
<br />and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on September 28, 2000, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0200008035, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to -wit:
<br />A tract of land comprising of the Northerly Thirty -four and
<br />Eight Tenths (34.8) Feet of the Westerly Forty -four (44) Feet
<br />of Lot Five (5) in Block Thirty -two (32) in Original Town of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above - described Deed of Trust, together with qI1 appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaining:.
