<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated July 30, 1993, March 6, 1995 and February 27, 1998, and
<br />executed by Roger A. Cline and Elizabeth E. Cline, Husband and Wife , as Trustor, in which Five
<br />Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the
<br />office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on August 11, 1993, March 16, 1995,
<br />and March 2, 1998, as Document No. 93- 106829, 95- 101499, and 98- 101796, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five

<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />The Northerly Twenty (20) Feet of Lot Ten (10) and all of Lot Eleven (11), in Reuting's Second
<br />Subdivision being a part of the Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4) of Section Twenty Four (24),
<br />Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10), West of the Sixth (6') P.M., Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
