<br />WHEREAS, Pinnacle Bank, by and through Gary W. Webster, it's authorized officer, as trustee under the
<br />Trust Deed dated November 13. 2002, executed by GARY T. SCHNEIDER, A SINGLE PERSON, as trustor, in
<br />which Pinnacle Bank is named as beneficiary, and said bank as trustee, and recorded on November 13,
<br />20_02 as INSTRUMENT NO. 0200212523, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL COUNTY, State of
<br />Nebraska, has received from Pinnacle Bank, the beneficiary thereunder, a written request to reconvey,
<br />reciting that all sums secured by such trust deed have been fully paid and that such trust deed and the note
<br />secured thereby have been surrendered to the undersigned as trustee, for cancellation;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such trust deed,
<br />the said bank by and through it's authorized officer as trustee, does hereby reconvey, without
<br />warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto, namely: GARY T. SCHNEIDER, A SINGLE
<br />PERSON, the estate now held by it thereunder, to -wit:
<br />LOT THIRTY SEVEN (37), IN BLOCK SIX (6), UNIT ONE CONTINENTAL GARDENS,
<br />AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this deed of reconveyance at
<br />Central City, Merrick County, Nebraska, on JANUARY 21, 2003.
